Cassidy Preschool’s 6–12 Month Parent & Me Class provides a welcoming environment where babies and caregivers can experience these milestones together while building a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Created specifically for infants between 6 and 12 months, this weekly class blends music, movement, sensory exploration, storytelling, and guided play into engaging experiences that encourage healthy development. Every activity is thoughtfully designed to nurture emerging motor skills, language development, curiosity, and social-emotional growth while allowing babies to explore at their own pace.
Parents and caregivers actively participate throughout each class, creating opportunities to strengthen the parent-child bond while discovering practical ways to support development at home. As babies become more aware of the world around them, caregivers gain a deeper understanding of developmental milestones and how everyday interactions can encourage confidence, communication, and exploration.
Classes are led by Rebekka Helford, LMFT, who offers compassionate guidance and evidence-based parenting support throughout each session. Weekly discussions cover topics relevant to families with young infants, including early communication, establishing routines, sleep patterns, developmental milestones, emotional connection, and navigating the transitions that accompany your baby’s first year.
