At Cassidy, we don’t rush childhood. We honor children by giving them the time and space they need to develop at their own pace, in their own unique way.
Our Approach
Our approach is thoughtful and balanced. It is also developmentally appropriate and based on best practices in our field. We are inspired by a variety of philosophies and approaches, which we blend together into a program that reflects our commitment to helping children lay the best possible social, emotional, physical and cognitive foundations. We nurture and challenge, support and encourage, listen and engage. We care about what children think, how they feel, and what they have to say about their world. We are dedicated to providing children with a rich and stimulating environment that supports their growth in every way. Put simply, we are passionate about 0-6. It’s what we do; it is who we are.
Our Staff
Cassidy staff is the heart of our school. Faculty members are committed to their individual and collective professional growth, and to collaborating with each other in order to deliver a seamless and integrated program that reaches from classroom to classroom and includes our outdoor learning spaces. They are more than just educators, they’re caring guides who take the time to truly understand each child, their personality, their needs, and their growth. Together, our dedicated team nurtures a warm, inclusive community where children feel seen, supported, and inspired to learn every day. Small child to teacher ratios (a minimum of 1 teacher for 5 children) are key to our thoughtful, intentional classrooms and engaging, integrated curriculum. Small group work allows children to move at their individual pace while gaining the skills through appropriate challenges.
Our Spaces
Our campus offers a warm, inviting space where children can explore, play, and learn with confidence. Our classrooms, outdoor areas, and specialty spaces are intentionally designed to inspire curiosity, encourage social connection, and support hands-on learning. Every part of our school is thoughtfully created with children’s developmental needs in mind, helping them grow in independence and build a genuine love of learning.
